    Comfortable room, good sleep and a delicious hot breakfast. Very pleasant staff to deal with. We will stay here again!

    Nice front desk staff. Walking distance to a variety of stores and restaurants. Fitness centre is pretty good

    I have stayed at this hotel several times and found the service and amenities to be well above par. ALL the front desk personnel go above and beyond the call of duty. I primarily dealt with night staff and found Darlene and Louise to be exceptional hosts and without prejudice of any kind. I am already recommending this place to others. Keep up the good work!!!

    This front desk person ( definitely not a lady ) named Darleen in Blackfalds Alberta working as an employee @ Microtel Inn & Suites was SUPER RUDE and CRULE. She hung up TWICE on me when I was simply trying to ask her questions. I wish I could of recorded the call to prove how unprofessional she was to a customer/human being. She was very disrespectful and very PREJUDICE.

    Great hotel. Rooms simple but well equipped. Very clean. Great hot breakfast in the morning.
