  Took our new pup in for his second set of shots and as always, Dr. Lowen was so great he didn't even notice the poke of the needle. The front end staff are always so cheerful and helpful!

  Great vet with amazing staff! They have been so amazing with our highly anxious dog to the point that he will now walk in without a fight and eats the treats they give him. Huge progress from where we started.

  Extremely caring! Addresses all concerns and does not do procedures that are not needed. Absolutely worth the trip to Blackfalds. Dr. Lowan and all the staff are amazing.

  The staff here are excellent, so warm and caring. We always feel very confident in taking our cat to them. I would recommend them to anyone, we've been to a lot of different vets in different cities where we've lived, and hands down, this is the best.

  Doctor is knowledgeable and explains everything well. Thorough and caring with your pets. Reminders are sent annually for checkups and shots and front desk staff are helpful with printouts and account information. Prices are a bit high, several clinics in the area are cheaper. Maybe worth it for the level of service here.
