  Update: Every time I've come here the service has been great, they give me their honest opinion about my vehicle, and lots of options to choose from when it actually needs fixing.

  This was my first time here. I booked a appointment one week ahead. It was just a simple thing replace the bolt on block heater. Look at the swing bars and front struts when up on the hoist. When I pickup it up I asked if there was an issue with the swing bars or the struts. Where as they informed me that it was my job to remind them. I inform him that he wrote it down. I decided to look at their work with the block heater. They did not put back on the housing that was on the old block heater cord. They decided not to tie down the cord, which was loose and could have fallen into the pulleys and belt! So I went back in to inform them of my concerns. They decided to rip off the housing from the old cord right in front of me breaking it in 4 pieces. He sent out the young man with me to look at the cord. I showed him the issue, all this young man could do is lie to me. So being my first time here I came to the conclusion that the people in charge do not inspect their apprentice work. The apprentice does not care. The ones that look after the staff must not need any more business. THE FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME THERE!!!!!
